This Manipuri museum will be seen in the village of Shangaon of Adampur Union under Kamalganj upazila of Moulvibazar district. It has been developed with folk culture and tradition of Manipuri community. In the museum, the essentials of the manipuri community are covered with decor items, dresses, ornaments, musical instruments and weapons. In 2007, this museum was started. The name of the founder of this collection is Hamom Tanubabu.
When the Manipuri Museum can be seen, Manipuri villages can also be visited. Tourists will be fascinated by the diverse life of Manipuri community. Along with that, you can enjoy the scenery here. From here you can buy clothes from Manipuri community such as Manipuri shawl, Chadar, Sari, Selar-Kamiz, Bag, Fatua, Panjabi etc.
To see the Monipuri museum and Manipuri village, there is a direct transport from Maulvibazar or Kamalganj upazila.
